In 1971, the family moved back to Utah to Uintah Highlands in Ogden where Pat again became Relief Society President. She did cooking demonstrations to Relief Society women throughout the area, Morgan, Huntsville, Plain City, South Ogden and Uintah. She also served in the Young Women’s organization for many years. The next move was to North Ogden and a retreat in St. George, Utah. For 10 years, they would spend the winters in St. George and summers in North Ogden. The social experience in St. George brought many new friends.

Pat could sew anything, coats, clothes, and quilts. Pat was in an active Needlepoint Club for over 30 years.
